When placing your order, you are automatically added to our mailing list.  At any time you would rather not receive these mailings, simply notify us and we will removed from our mailing list. • Postage & Delivery

We post every business day. Every effort is made to post  your order the same or next business day which it is received. Postage charges will be added when your order is processed.

Standard Postage within the UK, is £5.40 per book via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day .

For EU please add £15.00 for 2 days Airsure delivery by Royal Mail.

Rest of the world please add £20.00 from 4days Airsure delivery by Royal Mail.

• Sales Tax

Currently we are not registered with VAT and we do not charge any VAT or sales tax on our books and services.

Should we register our business for VAT purposes , we will notify on this web site in advance.

Sales tax or import related tax on international orders is the sole responsibility of the customers; we have no knowledge or understanding about the tax systems of various countries. Please contact the respective department in your country if you require further information. We will simply post with insured postage to your address supplied at the point of sale.

• Return Policy

While we make every effort at HFRC UK Limited to send order carefully, should you receive a damaged book you may return the book within 30 days for a replacement only.

Sending/posting damaged books is the sole responsibility of the customer we do not accept any claim for loss therefore make sure to send by recorded signed off delivery.

Due to scale of operation we do not operate any refund policy for any book sold at this site. However we replace and ship free of cost any damaged book.
